These Terms govern your access to and use of VibeCoden't (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including scans run with your API keys or by an AI agent you have connected.
Acceptable use
- You may only scan sites, code and repositories you own or have explicit written permission to test.
- You will not use the Service to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others, or to violate any law.
- You will not attempt to bypass rate limits or scan allowances, share or resell API keys, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation.
- Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems may violate laws including the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and equivalents elsewhere; you are solely responsible for ensuring you have authorization.
Free Lite Scan
The Lite Scan is free and needs no account. Anonymous Lite Scans are subject to a daily limit per visitor and return a partial, redacted report. Signed-in accounts get up to 10 Lite Scans per 24 hours. Lite Scans are unavailable while your account holds paid scan credits or an active monthly plan, since those cover the fuller Standard and Deep scans instead.
Scan packs, plans and payments
Scans are sold two ways, through Stripe:
- One-time packs: Standard Package ($4.99, 5 Standard scans) and Deep Scan Package ($7.50, 5 Deep scans). Credits are delivered to your account instantly after checkout and do not expire.
- Monthly plans: Hobbyist ($9/month, unlimited Standard scans) and Business ($25/month, unlimited Standard and Deep scans). Both include the GitHub integration.
Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled, at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated. "Unlimited" means unmetered for normal individual use and remains subject to our rate limits and acceptable use rules; we may throttle or suspend automated or abusive volume.
Everything we sell is a digital service. There is no physical shipment, no shipping cost and no delivery wait.
Returns and refunds
Scan credits and plan payments are non-returnable. We refund only where we made a billing error, such as a duplicate or incorrect charge, or where a refund is required by law. Purchases are not refundable if you change your mind or stop using the Service. Credits for scans that fail due to an issue on our side are automatically restored to your balance.
GitHub integration and API keys
Automated repository and pull request scanning is available only to accounts with an active monthly plan. Deep repository scans require the Business plan. API keys are created and revoked from your dashboard, are shown in full only once, and must be kept secret; you are responsible for scans made with your keys. If your plan is cancelled, paused or expires, automated scanning stops immediately even if you still hold one-time scan credits.
Agent (MCP) integrations
AI agents may connect to the Service on your behalf after you grant consent. Agents act under your account and your entitlements, are subject to request-rate and request-size limits, and cannot run free scans on your behalf.
Reviews and user content
Reviews you submit must be your own genuine experience. We review submissions before publishing and may decline or remove any review. By submitting a review you grant us permission to display it publicly, including the rating and text, on the Service and in related material.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scan results are best-effort and may produce false positives or miss issues. Scores are indicative only. The Service is not a substitute for a professional security audit or penetration test.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCoden't will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time; cancelling a plan is done from your dashboard.
Changes
We may modify these Terms or our prices. For monthly plans, price changes apply from your next renewal. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VibeCoden't is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
