These Terms govern your access to and use of VibeCoden't (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- You may only scan sites you own or have explicit written permission to test.
- You will not use the Service to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others, or to violate any law.
- You will not attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation.
- Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems may violate laws including the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and equivalents elsewhere; you are solely responsible for ensuring you have authorization.
Scan credits and payments
Scans are paid per use or in packs. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or where a scan fails due to an issue on our side (in which case credits are automatically refunded to your balance).
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scan results are best-effort and may produce false positives or miss issues. The Service is not a substitute for a professional security audit.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCoden't will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VibeCoden't is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
